The Galway Intermediate Football Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association competition in Galway. The winners of the Galway Championship qualify to represent their county in the Connacht Intermediate Club Football Championship. The winners also receive promotion to compete in the following years Senior grade.

In 2017, Claregalway won the title, beating Williamstown[1][2].

2018 seen the competition take on a new format, with group stages consisting of 4 groups of 4 teams[3]. The winners being promoted to compete in the Senior competition, and three teams being relegated to Junior.
