Gavin Brazg is a British property adviser[1] and founder of TheAdvisory.[2][3]

Early life and education[edit]

Born in Johannesburg, Brazg spent his early childhood in North London. He went to Mill Hill School. He studied Architecture at The Architectural Association and gained a master's degree from London South Bank University in Planning Law and Development Finance.

Career[edit]

Brazg started his career as a design assistant at Endemol in 1996. Later he became involved in property related services.[4] He founded TheAdvisory in 2005 as a consumer advice group dedicated to helping protect house sellers from unethical industry practices.[5] TheAdvisory publishes guides on house selling and the conveyancing process.[6] Moreover, TheAdvisory conducts regular data-driven research that is often cited in industry trade press and National consumer press.[7]

In 2018, Brazg created PropCast.[8] This tool measures levels of buyer's demand within property markets.[9][10]
