Gaynor O'Flynn

Gaynor O'Flynn (born 1963 in Manchester, England), is a director, writer, performer and campaigner. She has worked with musicians and artists including Bjork, Harry Enfield, New Order, Eddie Izzard, Germain Greer and The Dalai Lama. An award winning multidisciplinary artist, in 1991 O'Flynn achieved a BFI Award for 'Girl', her debut short film. In 2004, she gained a Music Week 'Women in Music' Award, and in 2012 she was chosen as a Cultural Leader for the Cultural Olympiad.
