Gbegiri soup is a delicacy eaten the Southwest region of Nigeria, especially in Oyo State. It is a popular soup made from cooking peeled beans.[1][2][3][4]
Preparation and serving[edit]
Beans are soaked and boiled, then blended into a puree. Smoked fish, palm oil, Maggi and other seasonings are added. The soup is served hot.[5][6][7][8][9]
