Geneviève Hervé (Ambilly, 1954) is a French artist. Geneviève Hervéis considered the most important artists and pioneer founder of Digital art. She was also director, and director of photography on several films. She was an avant-garde artist: her art styles were influenced by fauvism and renaissance art. She was also director of photography on several films.[1][2].

Life[edit]

She began as a model parading for the most famous French stylists, after graduating in literature in 1977 in Paris at the Sorbonne, a student of Serge Daney and Pascal Bonitzer, she obtained a research doctorate again at the Sorbonne in 1981 on philosophy applied to art.

In 1986 she became the official photographer for the most important French fashion magazines such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, The Globe Magazine, Avenue Magazine.

She will devote herself to audiovisual and film directing, a pupil of Federico Fellini, Bernardo Bertolucci, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Jacques Lacan and Luigi Comencini and providing consultancy on visual research for the Italian army.

She becomes the first artist to invent works of digital art and "video painting", with a style influenced by Renaissance art.

His images are present in many European, American and Japanese collections.
