Genius Group is a Singapore-based global Edtech and education company founded in 2002 by Cambridge University graduate, Roger James Hamilton. Genius Group is listed on NYSE American and delivers a lifelong learning curriculum to students in various countries.[2]
History
Genius Group was founded in 2002 when Singapore-based entrepreneur, Roger James Hamilton created the Wealth Dynamics system as a personality profiling tool for entrepreneurs to discover their strengths and weaknesses, and build an entrepreneurial team.[3]
Genius Group Ltd entered into agreements to acquire Education Angels, E-Square, Property Investors Network, and the University of Antelope Valley with acquisitions closing on or soon after the company’s IPO.[4]
On 12 April 2022, Genius Group had its IPO on NYSE American at an IPO share price of $6.00, issuing 3,763,636 ordinary shares, including 490,909 ordinary shares issued pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option, and raising $22.5 million.[5][6]
