Gennaro A. Jerry Marino was the Mayor of Kutztown for four years. He was elected mayor in the 2001 Democratic primary.[1] He graduated with a degree in civil engineering in 1957 from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. Some of the notable construction projects he worked on include the World Trade Center and Pan Am Building in New York City.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][3][15][16][17][18][19][20]
Controversy[edit]
In 2004, he suspended Police Chief Theodore R. Cole without pay, accusing the chief of verbal harassment.[5][6]
