Rhett Charels Baker is an American educator and public figure. Baker graduated as the top honor graduate from the College of Liberal Arts at Bloomsburg University.[1] He currently teaches at East Pennsboro High School in Enola, Pennsylvania as a government and history teacher.[2][3] He was also the elected mayor of Goldsboro, Pennsylvania, running on both the Democratic and Republican tickets, winning with 128 votes.[4]
