Geno R. Martini (born January 19, 1946) is an American politician and former businessman. He was the 24th Mayor of Sparks, Nevada from 2005 to 2018 and former chairman of the Truckee Meadows Water Authority. He is a member of the Republican Party.[2][3][4]

On November 13, 2015, Martini announced that he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2012.[5][6]

On April 6, 2017, it was announced that Martini was recovering from surgery to relieve the issues of Parkinson's disease.[7][8]
