Gift to the Greedy
Gift to the Greedy (Band) was an independent post-punk rock band from Washington DC composed of John and Kelly Beckham, Andros Rodriguez and Isaac Pharris that existed from 1996–1999. They released one album entitled "Flying Exorcist", toured the South and Midwest,[1] and played with many influential bands in the genre, including Modest Mouse, Trans Am, and The Dismemberment Plan. They were the first unsigned band to be featured in the Washington Post's Weekend Section[2] and received general acclaim for their raucous and eclectic live performances.[3]
