Govee Moments Limited is a registered entity of Shenzhen-based Chinese electronics company Shenzhen Intellirocks Tech Co., Ltd[1]. Govee Moments Limited is best known for producing smart LED lighting and smart home products, including RGB and RGBIC strip lights, TV backlights[2], smart lamps, thermohygrometers[3], home health products, and more[4]. Govee Moments Limited[5] also produces the Govee Home App, for which all its products can be controlled wirelessly.
History
Eric Wu, one of the founders of Anker Innovations[6] and its previous CTO, left Anker and founded Shenzhen Intellirocks Tech Co. Ltd in January 2017. Govee Moments Limited was then incorporated soon after in December 2018[7]. Govee Moments Limited has staff of more than 300+, which includes more than 60% R&D staff. As a company, growth rate has been more than 300% the past 3 years.
Brands and Products
Products Govee produces a range of lighting products including indoor and outdoor RGB and RGBIC strip lights[8], lamps[9], light bars, TV backlights. Unlike RGB, Govee RGBIC technology[10] is able to display multiple colors at one time on a single series of LED lights. Govee lighting products also includes features such as reaction music sync modes, plus app features like color and brightness changes, animated scenes, timers, DIY customization, and voice control via Alexa and Google Assistant. Govee also makes a range of smart home products including thermo-hygrometers and meat thermometers.
