- 1983 - Jacuzzi USA partners with Grand Hall to produce its first private label grill.
- 1996 - Awarded a partnership to manufacture private labels for a major global retailer in the North American market[citation needed]
- 1998 - Received patent approval for its Overfill Prevention Device a safety device for LP gas cylinders.
- 2003 - Listed on Taiwan's OTC Exchange
- 2004 - Received Worthington Industries' Most Involved Partner Award
- 2006 - Introduced the patented Eternal, the hybrid water heater
