Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC is an American real estate financing company that provides real estate brokerage services including arranging and servicing commercial real estate loans. It has a servicing portfolio of over $39 billion.[1] Grandbridge is an S&P "STRONG" rated servicer,[2] and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Truist Financial Corporation (Truist, NYSE:TFC).[3]

History[edit]

In August 2018, Grandbridge named Matthew Rocco as president and Joe Lovell as COO.[4]

In October 2019, Grandbridge originated the refinancing of an 11-property portfolio for Olen Properties Corp. The properties were in Florida, Georgia, and Nevada.[5][6]

In December, Grandbridge funded $105 million in refinance loans for four multifamily properties, two in Georgia and two in Florida.[5]
