In May 2019, Green Hedge Realty is founded.[1]
In August 2019, the Real Estate Council of Ontario grants Green Hedge Realty a license to trade Real Estate & Business in the province of Ontario.
In August 2019, Green Hedge Realty becomes a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and receives access to the Multiple listing service system.[2]

Clients receive full representation services on the Multiple listing service system at below market prices. Green Hedge Realty employs experienced Real estate brokers who provide clients with home evaluations including pricing recommendations and local market analysis.
Sellers pay 0.7% for listing services, and have the freedom to choose their own cooperating commission as long as it’s 0.7% or higher. The listing fee includes full representation & 24/7 support, professional photos, a listing on realtor.ca & reciprocal Multiple listing service websites, a for-sale sign & lock box, showing management, presentation & staging suggestions, electronic signatures, offer negotiation representation, and closing support.[3]
Green Hedge Realty offers a cash back buyer representation service that pays approximately 1.8% back to clients after a home purchase. This service includes in-person showings, price & market analysis, offer document drafting & negotiation, and closing support.
Sellers who use Green Hedge Realty to purchase a new home after selling, may end up effectively spending no money on real estate commission even if the new home costs less.[4] [5] [6]
