Growlabs was established in 2016 with its headquarters San Francisco, by three entrepreneurs namely, Ben Raffi, Jaclyn Klein and Safeer Jiwan.[2]
Growlabs launched its outbound sales automation platform, globally in 2017. In May 2017, the company raised $2.2 million in a seed funding round.[1][3]
Technology[edit]
This platform is said to aggregate data from websites, social media feeds, data exchanges, and other public databases using Machine Learning, to find leads.[2]
Growlabs uses Artificial Intelligence through which the sales teams determine when to send emails and follow-ups. Natural Language Processing used by this platform, analyses the responses, and pass on the qualified to the sales representatives.[4][5]
