Guy Phoenix is a Nottingham-based property developer that builds homes primarily in the United Kingdom, and France. Formed over 20 years ago[when?] in Nottingham, the company has developed some luxurious properties in the UK.

In 2019, Guy Phoenix completed the development of Hermitage in the village of Edwalton, which went on the market at £10 million and has been described as the most expensive property in the East Midlands.[1] Featuring a helicopter pad and panic room, it was compared to somewhere James Bond would live in by the British newspaper the Daily Mirror.[2] In November 2018, the property attracted attention in the Times newspaper[3] over plans to include a landing pad for flying cars. It also featured in magazines The Art of Luxury,[4] and Design Buy Build.[5]

Other Guy Phoenix developments that have attracted media coverage include Fairmont, also in Edwalton,[6] and Tanglewood in Colston Bassett, both valued at over £4 million. It initially caught the media spotlight through the inclusion of fish tanks including live sharks in their properties, a story that was covered by the BBC in 2007.[7]

The company was featured in the Nottingham Post in January 2018, following the formation of Guy Phoenix Interiors.[8] In 2019 the company sponsored the Nottingham Post Sports award for the Nottinghamshire County Cricket Player of the Year.[9]
