Gyrus Systems is an American education technology company specializing in learning management system (LMS) services.[1]

Founded in 1987, the company is currently owned and operated by Viren and Smita Kapadia. Viren Kapadia serves as President and CEO.[2] They purchased the company in 2009.[3]

Over 450 companies worldwide have utilized Gyrus Systems learning management technologies since its foundation. The company is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with an additional office in India along with being resellers in the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Vietnam, and Mexico. Notable clients include US Steel, Caterpillar, Department of State, NOAA, and Lufthansa, as well as smaller government agencies and corporate enterprises.

The company has partnered with other companies and organizations including OpenSesame, Vado, Questionmark, and SoftChalk.[4]
