Sabaq Foundation Trust” known as Sabaq Foundation or “Sabaq” was initiated in 2012 by Iqbal Mustafa Khan.[1] [2]Sabaq Foundation is a self-funded project and registered as Non-Profit Organization. [3]The organization provides video lectures on science and compulsory subjects for kindergarten to grade 12.[4] Official website Sabaq.pk also provides practice tests to assess knowledge learnt from the video lectures regardless of any grading.[5] Video lectures and practice tests for entry test preparation, CSS English, Professional Skills as Microsoft Office Certification video lectures are also available on the FFH4X Regedit VIP APK .[6][7]

History

Iqbal Mustafa Khan, founder of Sabaq Foundation has an educated family background.[8]

Iqbal’s mother and aunt owned a government primary school for girls in Golra that they used to run from their father’s home.[9] This has encouraged Iqbal to contribute in development of better education system in Pakistan. [10]Sabaq Foundation’s main office is located in Islamabad’s sector G-10/4, I&T Center. [11] [12]

Goal

Sabaq Foundation’s main goal is to create tutoring videos for all Pakistani students studying in both English medium and Urdu medium schools.[13] [14]The teaching staff of Sabaq Foundation uses advanced computer technologies to prepare the video lectures.[15] Subject specialists integrate blended learning techniques in video lectures with the help of computer animations and multimedia in the lectures.[16] [17] [18]

Content

Sabaq Foundation is an E-learning platform in Pakistan.[19] All content is available free of cost on their website and YouTube channel.[20] Apart from online solutions, Sabaq Foundation also offers offline solutions to schools and other education institutions to ensure the access of video lectures and practice tests in the areas of Pakistan with slow or no internet facilities.[21] [22]

Sabaq Android Application

To track and monitor the progress of students, Sabaq Foundation has also launched an android app for students that allows users to watch downloaded video lectures and take downloaded practice tests offline without internet.[23] [24]

Sabaq Skills

Sabaq Foundation is providing video lectures and practice tests for preparation of Microsoft Office Certification.[25] Currently Sabaq Foundation is offering lectures for Microsoft Excel (Core and Expert) , Microsoft Word (Core and Expert) and Microsoft PowerPoint (Core). [26]

CSS Preparation

Sabaq Foundation also provides English Essay, Precis and Composition lectures for CSS Preparation.[27]

Admission Test Preparation

Sabaq Foundation provides admission test preparation lectures that help students to get admission in renowned universities of Pakistan.[28]

Sabaq Lite

Sabaq Foundation offers an offline solution to schools and educational institute who have low speed internet problems in far-flung areas of Pakistan.[29] This device includes offline Sabaq.pk videos, practice tests, homework and graded tests that can be easily accessed in classrooms, computer labs and library inside the building of schools.[30] It also has a feature of Learning Management System (LMS) that helps schools maintain remote monitoring of students and teachers for effective teaching methodologies and plans.[31] [32]

PTV Teleschool

Due to Covid-19, the government of Pakistan initiated PTV Teleschool;[33] the concept of STUDY FROM HOME, where main ed-tech content providers of Pakistan contributed video-based lectures for PTV Teleschool.[34] [35]Sabaq Foundation provided major content for grades 9 - 12.[36]  PTV Teleschool also broadcasted lectures from Sabaq Foundation for primary schools’ classes 1-8. Sabaq App

To cater the problem of low speed internet in many areas of Pakistan, Sabaq Foundation has launched its android application.[40] The Sabaq APP lets user download video lectures and practice tests. Users can later watch downloaded lectures and take downloaded practice tests without the need of constant internet connection.[41]
