HBS Towers (Hindi: एच बी एस टॉव्हर्स) is an upcoming residential project being built by HBS Realtors, Mumbai at Worli, Mumbai. The project has won the "World’s Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment Project" Award at the International Property Awards 2014 held in Dubai. Part of the HBS Oceanfront Residences brand, HBS Towers is considered[by whom?] the flagship project of HBS Realtors in Mumbai. HBS Towers with its Contemporary Art Deco architecture is set to revive the Art Deco style of architecture in Mumbai.[speculation?] The building has received pre-certification under Indian Green Buildings (IGBC) Green Home Rating. Expected to be one of Mumbai’s tallest buildings, the structure will stand at 270 metres tall.[speculation?]
This project is currently stopped as builder said he has no funds. He has also stopped paying rents as well to the members and no progress on redevelopment.[citation needed]

The tower will[speculation?] come up at the existing location of Shiv Shahi society at Worli, Mumbai. The site is located on Dr. Anne Besant Road, opposite the Doordarshan Kendra Mumbai office, making it a prime location, being 394 meters from the coastline. This site is strategically located with the Bandra–Worli Sea Link a 5-minute drive away, thus offering its residents direct connectivity with both the city as well as the suburbs.[tone]

The building has several layout options, including 4 BHK homes, duplexes and penthouses, as well as The Palace in the Sky,[1] being the super penthouse of the property.[citation needed]
