HR Revolution Middle East (Arabic: ثورة الموارد البشرية) is the first.[1] online magazine in Egypt specialized in human resources[2] about the Middle East[3] with a mission is to “Develop People, Organizations and Society.”[4]
History and Profile
HR Revolution Middle East is founded[5] by author Mahmoud Mansi[6] in 2015[7]. The magazine publishes industry success stories[8][9], case studies[10], best practices[11], articles on gender equality[12][13] at the workplace with citations in sustainability reports including The Goethe-Institut[14], features of community and corporate leaders and authors including Lujaina Mohsin Darwish, non-profit events such as TEDx[15], and is a media partner[16][17] to several summits[18] and business awards[19][20] including the Stevie Awards[21][22].
Content is regularly published in English, yet it is occasionally published in other languages including Arabic[23], German[24], Spanish[25], French,[26] Italian[27], Serbian[28], Chinese[29], Portuguese[30], Polish[31] and Turkish[32].
Besides business journalism, the magazine conducts workshops in women's empowerment[33], creative writing[34], and providing volunteering opportunities[35] and internships to international students[36].
In 2019 HR Revolution Middle East published its own practices in a book “Sustaining a 360° Agile Workplace: A Millennial Perspective - The HR Revolution Way”[37]
