After selling clothes in Asian markets for nearly a decade, Hallmark Baby was launched in September 2013 in the US as an ecommerce exclusive brand of products in the Hallmark line[4][5]. The products sold by Hallmark Baby are designed by Hallmark’s team of artists, designers and writers[6]. The subsidiary of Hallmark focuses on selling infant and children's clothing to consumers solely through digital. While offering exclusive designs and products, Hallmark Baby offers a unique mix of personalization features for clothing items and toys that can be produced in as little as 24 hours[7]. They offer a product mixture including toys, blankets, and accessories that also feature customization options.
The brand has partnered with Hallmark artists, such as Tuesday Spray[8], to create specialty seasonal collection lines of products and designs. Hallmark Baby products have been featured on KCTV5 segments with different ideas for baby shower gifts and presents[9].
The website recently launched a new blog that features stories and articles written by Hallmark artists and contributors[10].
Charitable Contributions[edit]
In 2017, Hallmark Baby donated their excess inventory of baby and toddler clothes to Community Services League[11], one of the "largest safety-net services" in Kansas City, Missouri. The clothes were donated to families within the Kansas City Metro area. CSL worked with their own locations and other targeted organizations that help moms, children and families to get the clothes into the hands of the local residents. All items donated were in brand new condition and never used.
