Hamstech is a private educational institute in Hyderabad, India, which offers creative courses such as Fashion Design, Interior Design, Photography, Jewellery Design, Fashion Styling, Graphic Design and Baking. Established in 1992, it now has 7 centres across the key locations of Hyderabad - Punjagutta, Himayatnagar, Jubilee Hills, Secunderabad, Kukatpally, Kothapet and Gachibowli.[1]
With its motto of “Learn.Believe.Create.”, the institute nurtures creative youth who wish to pursue non-conventional careers and provides industry-centric training to them in order to help them excel in their respective professional fields
About The Institute[edit]
Hamstech Institute of Creative Education was one of the earliest centres to teach courses like Fashion Design and Interior Design. With the increase in demand of non-conventional academic courses among the youth, Hamstech has added new realms of study in its curriculum.
Hamstech's courses have a comprehensive curriculum that helps the students learn right from the basics. The experienced and skilled faculty, state-of-the-art infrastructure, lectures and lessons from some of the top professionals of the industry and learning both within and outside the classroom, helps the students in their over-all development.
In addition to this, Hamstech has a portfolio of over 100 placement partners which include national and international brands. Placement opportunities are offered to students in accordance with their individual skill set and aspirations.
Many of Hamstech's students have secured jobs in some of the top firms in their respective fields or have built their own independent ventures.
The institute also has an Advisory Board which consists of renowned individuals such as Neeta Lulla, Shabnam Gupta. Avinash Gowariker and Kailash Nayak. Apart from the Advisory Board members, Hamstech proffers star mentorship for four of their programmes - Fashion Design, Interior Design, Photography and Graphic Design.
TheHLabel Online Fashion Retail Store[edit]
TheHLabel is the first-ever online fashion retail space created by Hamstech for its Fashion Designing students in order to help them start creating commissionable work and selling it across India as well as the USA.[2]

Hamstech organises annual events where the students get a chance to showcase their talents before their mentors, enthusiastic customers and audiences that help get a feel of working in the real industry.
TheHLabel Exhibition & Sale TheHlabel Exhibition and Sale is a platform for Hamstech's Fashion Design students to showcase their designer collections to eager customers and fashion enthusiasts who can purchase these ethnic and fusion dresses crafted for individual demands. The collections are also made available in India at thehlabel.com and in USA at www.usa.thehlabel.com!.
Hamstech Fashion Show Hamstech Fashion Show is an annual event where fashion design students present their collections on the ramp and are judged by some of the prominent Fashion Designers of the industry. This gives them a sneak-peek into the world of fashion, its pressures and prerequisites needed to achieve success.[3]
The InteriYour Show InteriYour Show is the annual event for Hamstech's interior design students where they use their skills and materials, in hand, to create beautiful home decor items.
The show takes place under the mentorship of Mrs. Shabnam Gupta, who has been declared as one of the top 10 Interior Designers by the leading magazine, Forbes. The students are judged by some of the eminent professionals of the industry, along with Shabnam Gupta.
Pixel Perfect The Pixel Perfect exhibition showcases the exceptional frames captured by Hamstech's students, under the guidance of their mentor Avinash Gowariker. This is an excellent platform to display talents and achieve accolades.[4]

Being a student at Hamstech is to take a giant leap towards achieving one's career aspirations. Being a part of Hamstech, not only helps the students get a step ahead with their goals, but helps in an overall development which is instrumental in being successful in all phases of life.[5] [6]

Mentors[edit]
Fashion Designing - Mrs. Neeta Lulla Hamstech is associated with one of the most famous Indian fashion designers, 4-time national award winner. She is also the mentor for the institute's Fashion Designing students and the Chief Advisor of Hamstech's fashion designing department.
Neeta Lulla plays a major role in helping students plan, organise and conduct its annual fashion events: TheHLabel Exhibition & Sale and Hamstech Fashion Show.
She not only motivates the students but also helps them shape their careers in the right direction. Fashion students, who perform well, also get a chance to intern with her that opens a lot of avenues in the fashion industry.
Photography - Mr. Avinash Gowariker Mr. Avinash Gowariker is a well-established, internationally acclaimed photographer in Bollywood and the Advertising industry.
Besides being the mentor for Hamstech's Photography students, he plays a major role in Hamstech's advisory board. His rich industry insight benefits the students in gaining invaluable knowledge and inspiration to focus right and work hard.
Interior Designing - Mrs. Shabnam Gupta Mrs. Shabnam Gupta is an eminent interior designer with over two decades of experience in this field. She is also the Chief Advisor for Hamstech's Interior Designing department. The students get a chance to learn from the designer for the beautiful homes of celebs like Raveena Tandon, Parineeti Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Arjun Rampal and more!
Her involvement, active encouragement and invaluable guidance help Hamstech's students organise career-oriented events like InteriYour Show. Students have open discussions with her where she enlightens them on the trends and opportunities of the interior designing industry.
Graphic Designing - Mr. Kailash Nayak Mr. Kailask Nayak is known for his poster designs for Bollywood movies. His commendable work includes posters for award-winning movie like Dev-D and other hit films like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Gangs of Wasseypur, Bahubali and so much more.
His years of experience in this field, help Hamstech's students understand colours and concepts better. His regular lectures and workshops give them an insight into the industry and help them prepare better for the Graphic Designing industry.[7]
