Hannatu Bashir (popularly known as Hanan) was born on 2 October 1992 in Kano State, Nigeria. She completed her early education in Kano, earned a National Certificate of Education (NCE) from Sa'adatu Rimi College of Education, and later studied Economics at the University of Maiduguri. In 2012, she began her acting career in the Hausa film industry, known as Kannywood, with her debut in the movie Kotun Ibro directed by Hassan Giggs. Since then, she has featured in many Hausa films, often playing lead roles, and has become one of the versatile actresses in the industry.[1][2][3] Beyond acting, she is also a film producer and the CEO of Hanan Synergy Concept, a movie production company. Her entrepreneurial ventures extend further, including leadership in the hospitality sector with La Hanan Eatery. Through her work in film and business, Hanan has established herself as both a creative force in Kannywood and a role model for women pursuing careers in entertainment and entrepreneurship in Northern Nigeria.[2][4][5][6][7]
