Harli and Harpa (stylised as Harli + Harpa) is an Australian-based jewellery chain. As of September 2025, the chain had 41 stores, with the majority located in Australia and three stores in South Africa.[1]

The company was founded by Shane Fallscheer, a former chief executive of Lovisa. The first Harli and Harpa store opened on 14 November 2024 at Sunshine Plaza in Queensland.[2] In the subsequent three weeks, the company opened 18 stores across Australia.[3]

Harli and Harpa's inaugural CEO was Cass Fuller. She was fired in December 2024 and subsequently launched legal action against the company alleging a breach of contract.[3] Armando Pedruco became CEO in June 2025.[4]
