Harron Walker is an award-winning journalist best known for covering topics from trans healthcare to pop culture. Her writing has appeared in Jezebel, W magazine, VICE, Vulture, LitHub, Out, Esquire and more.[1][2]

Work

In 2016, Walker wrote about the media and science community's sensational vilification of Gaëtan Dugas in an essay titled "On the Dangerous AIDS Myth of ‘Patient Zero,’ and the Book That Started It All" for LitHub.[3]

Harron was a staff writer at VICE covering topics on Health, Sex, and Identity.[4]

In 2020, she wrote a profile on trans activist Ceyenne Doroshow, founder of GLITS.[5]

Walker started a regular column in 2021 at W magazine titled, "Burning Thoughts."
