Harshada was born and brought up in Thane, one of the most populous metropolitan cities in India. She completed her schooling from Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, a high school in Jekegram, Thane, India. Pathare completed her Master’s in Commerce from Mumbai University, and further completed her CS Inter from Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a statutory body under an act of Parliament of India i.e. The Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (Act No. 56 of 1980).
Subsequently, she achieved qualification in Human Resources Management from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, a management school founded in 1949 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) and based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
Harshada is currently pursuing her literary endeavours[1].
