Hayat Mahmud Rahat
Hayat Mahmud Rahat is a Bangladeshi film director and screenwriter. He is best known for his directorial debut "Happy World"[1] animated short film which won first prize in "We Art Water Film Festival 2015-16"[2][3].

Filmography[edit]
He directed many short films in his film career which was started by "Happy World"(2016) animated short film. In 2018 he directed a controversial short film named Boishommo[4][5].Since the video's debut, the actor, Sabbir Arnob, and director, Hayat Mahmud Rahat, have been reprimanded by the Police's Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit to remove the video from all social media channels. The duo has apologized live on Facebook and submitted a written apology to the police.[6][7]
