Hayer clan

Hayer (also spelled as Hayre,Heir, Haire, Hare) is a Jat clan found in the Punjab region of India and Pakistan.[1]

History and origin[edit]

The Hayer clan, along with the related Maan and Bhullar clans, are also known as Asl Jats as they are considered the original Jat clans of Punjab. They are said to have familiar ties with the Purewal clan.[2]
