Helena Shilomboleni (born ) is a Namibian researcher who majored in Human Ecology and obtained a BA at the College of Atlantic, then she obtain MA in Global Governance and a PhD in social-ecological sustainability at the University of Waterloo in Ontario Canada.[1]

She lived in Namibia then she went to Canada for further education. In the year 2005-2009 she obtained her BA in human ecology at the College of the Atlantic and in the year 2011-2012 she got the MA in Global Governance and later on obtained her PhD in Social-Ecological Sustainability in the year 2012-2017.[1]
Contributions[edit]
She contributed in the strong national legislation in Mozambique and she one of the climate change contributors.[3]
