History
Herbs of Gold was established in 1989 in Australia, initially producing herbal liquid products. The company is registered as an Australian private company under ABN 29 003 718 152, with its headquarters in Sydney, Australia.[5] Over subsequent years, the company broadened its product line beyond herbal liquids to include vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and condition-specific supplements.

In 2018, the company expanded into pharmacies, and by 2022, its products were available in over 2,000 pharmacies nationwide.[8]
In 2024, Herbs of Gold partnered with Kookaburra Kids, an Australian charity supporting children and young people affected by family mental illness.[9]
According to Vita Life Sciences’ 2024 financial report, revenue in Australia grew by 4% (AUD$44.4 million) and 12% in Malaysia (AUD$25.7 million), with total revenue reaching AUD$79.5 million.[10][11][6]
