Hessix is a online platform for PhDs to discuss the latest mathematics and statistics research.[1]. Users can share papers, posts, collaborative challenges and questions to their peers. These items are then upvoted and commented by the community. Registration is open to everyone with an email address, Users with a PhD in mathematics or statistics are highlighted in the platform[2].


Hessix was launched on February 28, 2019. The name Hessix is an abbreviation of Hessian matrix of mathematical knowledge[1].


Hessix offers an open peer-review scientific platform with curation tools inspired by LessWrong, Hacker News and Reddit[2]
