Hillel Fuld is an American Israeli tech blogger and speaker.[1][2] He is mostly known for writing his own blog TechNMarketing.
Biography
Fuld was born in New York City, United States to an Orthodox Jewish family.[3] His family moved to Israel during his teenage years. Fuld graduated with a BA in political science from Bar Ilan University.[4]
Fuld is married and has five children.[5]
Career
Fuld started blogging after graduating from university.[4] He has since been published in Inc. (magazine),[6] TechCrunch,[7] Business Insider,[8] VentureBeat,[9] Entrepreneur,[10] The Next Web,[11] Mashable[12] and The Jerusalem Post.[13] Fuld has conducted interviews with leaders in the tech community including Marc Andreesen, Gary Vaynerchuk, Guy Kawasaki, and Alyssa Milano.[14]
In 2014, during the 2014 Israel-Gaza conflict when rockets were fired at Tel Aviv, he spent two hours in a bomb shelter with Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Wozniak.[15]
In 2015, Geektime, an Israeli tech magazine, named Fuld as one of 100 most influential people in the Israeli tech industry.[16] In 2018, he was the keynote speaker at the Touro College Division of Graduate Studies commencement.[17]
Fuld collaborates with brands such as Google, Oracle, Microsoft and Huawei as a mentor.[18] [19] He is the strategic advisor to approximately 15 Israeli tech companies[20] including UMoove, Hometalk, Intelligo, Flipboard, SeeTree, Proov, TestFairy and Curiyo, which closed in December 2017.[21]
Fuld has thousands of followers on Twitter including Ellen DeGeneres, Yoko Ono, Ashton Kutcher, Arianna Huffington and Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey.[19]
Fuld is the co-founder of ZCAst, a company working to create high quality audio content.[22]
