Hogir Mohammed Hussein Alsilevanai Hogir Alsilevanai or Hogir Silêvaney was born on January 14, 1987, in the Kurdish region of Duhok, in the Kurdish region of Iraq. Hogir holds a bachelor's degree in design from the Institute fine arts at the University of Duhok.

Life and work path[edit]
Hogir started his media career with Kurdish magazines and newspapers, His first contact was at the beginning of 2006, when he published an animation through the official newspaper evronews in Dohuk, and began publishing with the majority of newspapers in Iraq. Hogir started as a franchise owner and editor for a Kurdish magazine in the name of Vaya in 2010, therefore, he was chosen as the youngest editor and franchise owner in Iraqi Kurdistan. In 2011, he became the main presenter on Badinansat and became the owner of the best and most-watched TV program. He started working as a teacher and worked in the media department of the Department of Education, the eastern section of the city of Dohuk. In 2013 he moved to the WAAR tv channel and started working as a Red & Red presenter, There, he presented several special TV programs presented, for example, special on Christian, Islamic and Yazidi holidays, and many other Tv-program benefits. From 2006 to 2011 he presented many of his works of art and private and joint caricature from the city of Duhok to Baghdad.[1][2][3]
