Honourable Company of Gloucestershire

The Honourable Company of Gloucestershire is a company.[1] and charitable trust [2] in Gloucestershire, UK. The patron of the company is HRH The Princess Royal.[3][4]
The Honourable Company was founded in 2007 by the Lord Lieutenant of Gloucestershire, Sir Henry Elwes, who became its first warden. It was modelled on the livery companies of the City of London.
Its activities include supporting apprentices [5], mentoring charity chief executives and board members [6], organising high profile lecture series [7], running a grant awards scheme for young sportspeople [8] and running a separate award scheme for military cadet forces in Gloucestershire [9]
