Hopeson Yaovi Adorye, popular as Commander 1, is a Ghanaian politician who comes from Atiavi/Kpoviadzi in the Volta region.[1]

He was elected as Assembly Member for Tunmai Electoral Area in Kpone Katamanso Constituency of then Tema Metropolitan Assembly[2][3] and has also been a parliamentary candidate for Kpone Katamanso.[4][5]

Personal life[edit]

Hopeson has twenty years of experience as a Professional Teacher at various levels.[6] He is currently married to Ghanaian gospel artist Empress Gifty [7] after the loss of his 1st wife.[8]

Politics[edit]

Hopeson Yaovi Adorye has served at various stages; a Constituency Secretary for KKC, NPP National Communication Team Member[9] and Parliamentary Candidate for Kpone Katamanso Constituency.[10][11]
