House of Hiranandani (HOH) is a real estate company with headquarters in Powai, Mumbai. It was founded in 2005 by its current managing director, Surendra Hiranandani, and Neha Hiranandani. House of Hiranandani operates in the residential, commercial, health care, education, entertainment, retail and lifestyle sectors. The company is in the process of developing 15-20 million sq ft in Chennai and Bangalore and has a 450 acre land bank.[1]

Current residential projects :

  • Chennai: OMR Chennai: is a large luxury integrated community including the House of Hiranandani School (HUS) and retail outlet – Bloom and Gold.
  • Education: House of Hiranandani School (HUS):[2] House of Hiranandani launched HUS within the sprawling community at OMR, Chennai. House of Hiranandani School (HUS) is equipped with the required infrastructure including libraries, science laboratories, multi-media rooms, and audio visual rooms etc. House of Hiranandani School (HUS) at OMR, Chennai will also include an International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme in the near future.
  • Retail: Bloom and Gold: In June 2013, the House of Hiranandani inaugurated the first retail set up in Egattur community in Regent Avenue, Chennai under the brand ‘Bloom & Gold’. Spread across 2500 square feet, Bloom and Gold offers an assortment of edible items including fresh and ready to cook food, beverages, grocery brands among other household utility items.
  • Also launched in Thaiyur in Chennai: Apartments with clubhouses, parks and recreational areas.
  • Bengaluru: Ongoing projects in Bannerghatta, Hebbal and Devanahalli.[3]
