Howmet Aerospace Inc. produces engine products, fastening systems, engineered structures and forged wheels for the aerospace and commercial transport industries. It was formed when Arconic Inc. was separated into two companies on April 1, 2020. Arcoinc Inc. was renamed to Howmet Aerospace Inc., with a new company set up and spun out as Arconic Corp. Arconic Corp. continued the business of producing global rolled products, aluminium extrusions, and building and constructions systems.[1]
