Shenzhen Huaptec Co., Ltd. is a Chinese multinational telecommunications equipment company headquartered in Shenzhen. The company specializes in research, design and manufacture of mobile signal enhancement solutions for home&office and industrial use. Huaptec has three international representations in the USA, India and Europe. Currently its productive capacity is over 8000 units per month and it employs over 300 workers, 33% of whom are engaged in research and development. In 2015 Huaptec was granted National High-Tech Enterprise [1] [2], and a year after the company entered stock market and got listed in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.[3]" Huaptec’s CEO is Yanwei Wang. Apart from being the major shareholder, he is an inspiration leader and founder of Huaptec company.

History[edit]

Shenzhen Huaptec Co., Ltd. was established in August 2009 in Shenzhen, China and the same year Huaptec manufacture started operating. The company concentrated on two product lines: consumer cell phone signal boosters and industrial cellular repeaters. First consumer boosters were manufactured under Signal Link brand, which was changed to HiBoost in spring 2014. As a part of rebranding, the company entered upon international expansion and opened the first regional office in India, followed by two more representations in Texas, USA and Germany. Industrial cellular repeaters were produced under Huaptec brand from the very start and it is used for the same kind of product till now.

Subsidiaries[edit]

Currently Huaptec has 3 international subsidiaries. The first one, Huaptec Telecom India Ltd., was opened in Bangalore, India, at the end of 2014. In March 2015 US Office in Irving, Texas was established, represented by Huaptec US Inc. In June 2015 Huaptec proclaimed the opening of Huaptec Telecom GmbH - Huaptec European Office in Fürth, Germany.

  1. Telecom Carrier Networks - solutions for telecommunications networks extension
  2. Consumer electronics - mobile signal enhancement devices for personal use

Telecom Networks[edit]

Huaptec offers a variety of solutions, so called industrial cellular repeaters, to help telecommunications carriers expand the capacity of their mobile broadband networks. Two main types of industrial repeaters Huaptec produces are digital repeaters and digital Fiber DAS. To provide mobile networks operators with remote control over industrial repeaters the company developed and later patented OMC and OMT software.

Consumer electronics[edit]

Huaptec also produces mobile signal boosters for homes and offices. The devices are meant to improve mobile signal reception for ordinary mobile phones users.

Intellectual Property[edit]

Huaptec got the first patent in February 2010 for SNMPAGENT repeater monitoring software (SnmpAgent) V1.0. The same year Huaptec patented 4 more software developments such as LCD repeater monitoring software (LCD monitoring) V1.0, OMC repeater topology management software, OMC repeater monitoring center software(OMC) V1.0 and optical repeater monitoring software V1.0. In 2012 Huaptec acquired a patent for invention of multiple system, multiband, multi-carrier digital repeater based on FPGA. All in all the company owns 1 patent for invention, 6 patents for section material and appearance and 14 patents for software.[4]
