Phạm Ngọc Huy (born June 1, 1996), known professionally as ICD, is a Vietnamese rapper. He was born and raised in Hải Phòng, Vietnam. ICD is one of Vietnam's Greatest Lyricists in Hip Hop ever. His song "Họ Trông Chờ Gì Ở Tôi" is considered the Vietnam's Greatest Hip Hop Song of All Time.

Early life and Career

Phạm Ngọc Huy was born on June 1, 1996 in Hải Phòng. Huy based on the meaning of his birthday to give the stage name; those are the first 3 letters of International Children's Day.
ICD attended Haiphong Maritime High School and then Vietnam Maritime University.
He is a member of the hip hop group 7LĐ (an initialism for 7 Lồng Đèn).
ICD is one of Vietnam's Greatest Lyricists in Hip Hop of All Time.
He is best known when he participated in and won the King of Rap contest 2020.
In 2021, ICD received a nomination for "New Artist of the Year" at the 16th Cống Hiến Awards.
In the studio album "We Want ICD" released in 2019, his song "Họ Trông Chờ Gì Ở Tôi" ("What Do They Expect From Me") is considered Vietnam's Greatest Hip Hop Song.
