IDV Solutions is a privately held software corporation that specializes in business intelligence and physical security and risk visualization (PSRV) software.

IDV Solutions, LLC was founded in January 2004 by Mark Morrison, CEO, and Ian Clemens, CTO to provide software and services integrating data visually within the context of geography.

Recognition[edit]
In 2006 IDV was named one of "Michigan's 50 Companies to Watch" by the Edward Lowe Foundation and the Small Business Association of Michigan.[10]
In 2007, BP Hurricane Management System, a solution created with the Visual Fusion Suite for BP, was named as Computerworld Honors Laureate and a 21st Century Achievement Award recipient.[11]
In 2010 Stonebridge won the Microsoft regional partner of the year. This award was earned based on their spacial dashboard solution, designed with the help of IDV.[12]
The 2011 Geospatial Information & Technology Association Innovator Award went to the City of Brampton, Ontario for its Citizen Service Platform, built with IDV Solutions Visual Fusion data suite.[13]
In 2012, Visual Fusion was designated as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT) under the (Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act (SAFETY Act) of 2002) by the United States Department of Homeland Security.[14]
