IES University is a private university in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The university is sponsored by Infotech Education Society[3]. The university offers various diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, Integrated and Certificate courses in Engineering and Basic Sciences.[4] IES University is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Technical University and Barkatullah University.[5][6] All technical courses are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University and management and training courses are affiliated to Barkatullah University, Bhopal.[7]
Campus
The group has two campuses, one spread over 50 acres in Bhopal and the other in Sehore.[4]

IES University has several departments specializing in specific subjects offering different courses. The major departments of the university are:[8][9]
- Department of Engineering : IES College of Technology (ICOT) is an engineering and management college established as a group of IES institutions. They provide courses in various engineering disciplines like computer science, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, cyber security, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, electronics and communication engineering.[10]

Student Life
An annual festival called Inforia, which organizes many cultural software coding programs, usually takes place from January to April.[11][12]
Rankings
In the latest rankings by India Today and The Week, it ranked as the top 2nd and 3rd private engineering institutions in Madhya Pradesh, respectively.[13][14][15]
