iVault is an online password management utility for the Web.
Cryptography
According to the author, iVault is the first online password management system following methods used by banks. As an example, the electronic vault's master password is stored nowhere. Even Jericoa's employees can't see it, and they can't unencrypt the private data stored in Jericoa's servers.
Synchronization
The user can synchronize their private data with their mobile phone (iPhone).
