Ian Fox
Ian Fox (born 1945) is an English organist and music teacher.
Education
Fox was educated at Bedford School before going to read Music at Worcester College, Oxford.[1] After Oxford, Fox studied at the University of Reading for a Diploma of Education.[citation needed]
Career
He had been organist of Church of All Saints, Renhold from 1960-4 (ages 15–19).[2] Fox became a music teacher at Cranleigh School in 1969, where he also assisted at Guildford Cathedral. Fox became Assistant Organist of Chichester Cathedral in 1972[3] He is currently a freelance musician.[4] He was Director of Music at King's School, Gloucester until 2004. Ian is now Gloucester Diocesan Organs Adviser.
