Ian Masters (broadcaster)
Ian Masters is a British television broadcaster, commentator, author, screenwriter and documentary filmmaker.
Masters worked for the BBC for more than 25 years, firstly presenting news and current affairs programmes. After this he became the managing editor of various BBC Local Radio stations before returning to TV management at BBC South; here he was in charge for six years. He is now the controller, broadcasting at the Thomson Foundation - Worldwide Media Training and Consultancy.
In the 1970s and 1980s, he was the anchorman for the BBC East regional television programme Look East.
