Igor I. Barinov (born 1988) is Russian historian and specialist in Ukrainian history, Germanistik and East European studies.
Candidate of Science (History),[1] Moscow State University, 2013 (Thesis: "The Occupation Rule of Nazi Germany in the Ukraine, 1941-44").
He also acts as a political scientist.[2]
