Impact Winter (audio series)
Impact Winter is a post-apocalyptic horror series written by Travis Beacham and produced by Audible Studios, Skybound Entertainment and Anonymous Content. It features an ensemble cast led by Holliday Grainger, Esme Creed-Miles, Himesh Patel, Liam Cunningham and Indira Varma, with a supporting cast including Bella Ramsey. Set in the near future after a catastrophic comet impact in the Pacific Ocean has devastated civilization, blotted out the sun, and shrouded the planet in an endless winter, the audio series follows a group of survivors in the British countryside faced with fending off the hordes of vampires who now roam the remains of the Earth and hunt freely in the perpetual darkness. The title of the series refers to the scientific term for a long period of depressed surface temperatures caused by the collision of a sizable asteroid or comet with the Earth.[1][2] Season 1 of Impact Winter was released on February 17, 2022 on Audible.
