The Indian Women and Child Welfare Trust is a non-profit organisation based in New Delhi, India. It was founded in 2000 by Mrs. Esther Dass as a service organization to meet the emergency needs of underprivileged in various slums of India.

The charity was founded in 2000 as Indian Women and Child Welfare Trust by Mrs. Esther Dass. Indian Women and Child Welfare Trust started its mission in early 1996 by a group of social activists from different organization and since then contributing in the area of Health, Education, Livelihood creation, sustainable development, Adult literacy, formal education for children, non-formal education, rural employment, income generation skills, SHG formation, community health and awareness program and capacity building of the social sector organisations.

Activities include: The Indian Women And Child Welfare Trust supports homeless people with in-kind help, providing clothes, blankets, dry ration and dignity kits and also runs following projects in India
