Innovolation framework

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The Innovolation Framework[1] is a proprietary agile methodology for product development and design created by Innovolo in 2018.

Also known as the "IF Framework", the Innovolation Framework is driven by the idea that creativity can be systematised[2], and that product development is a phased-gated journey from idea being conceived to the product being sold on the market[3]. In essence, it is a form of innovation system.

It is composed of a number of separate but complementary modules which can be selected in a logical fashion. By following this project pathway, the client is able to view the development as a series of deliverables and can assess progress at any point. This enables an early exit if the outcome is riskier or more negative than originally anticipated.
