International Computer Room Experts Association is an international association[1][2] developed by specialized engineers in design, construction, operation, maintenance, acquisition, installations and auditing computer rooms. This association was founded in 1999 in Mexico City, with chapters in Monterrey and soon in Querétaro and has international presence in 8 countries (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Philippines, Italy, Colombia and England), with more than 1500 members [3]
