International scientific-practical journal «Commodities and Markets» — scientific journal in the field of technical and еconomic science, which publish Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. Founded in 2005. Journal registered by State Examination Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine as a special edition of Technical Sciences (to 2014 registered HAK Ukraine as specialized edition of Economic Sciences). The journal is published 2 times a year.[1][2][3]
The journal publishes research results:
- issues in the theory and practice of commodity science;
- research the new technologies;
- studying of hotel and restaurant business;
- marketing, merchandising and logistics;
- quality and safety of goods (services);
- standardization, metrology, certification and quality control;
- consumer protection.[1]
